Welcome to the Solflare Guardians! Below are the technical steps and tools you'll need to get started, stay connected, and contribute smoothly.

Claiming Your Guardian Role on Discord

If you were already a Guardian in the Empire of Solflare and had a role and access in our Telegram channels, you are eligible to claim your Guardian role on the new Discord server.

To do so, simply follow the instructions shared in the Empire of Solflare Telegram channel and the Guardians Telegram group. All steps and details for claiming your role are clearly listed there.

Telegram channel was invite-only, if you were not a member of the Guardians Telegram channel, you can not claim your role on Discord this way.

First Steps for New Guardians on Discord

When you join the Empire of Solflare Discord server, follow these steps to unlock your Guardian experience and participate fully in the community:

Explore the Empire Notion

It’s important to visit the Empire’s Notion page, where you’ll find all the background about the Empire, its mission, structure, and benefits. The Notion page gives deeper insights into how everything works and what the community is building.

1. Verify Yourself

Go to the #verification channel.
Complete the verification process to confirm that you are a real member.
This step unlocks your access to the rest of the server.

2. Get Familiar with the Basics

Read the rules in the #rules channel to understand how to interact in the community.
Check the #official-links channel for all verified and safe links related to the Empire and Solflare.
Go to #react-roles & #community-roles and:
- Claim additional roles for other NFT communities you are part of.
- Choose which notifications and channels you want to receive and see, based on your interests.

3. Claim Your Guardian Role

Head to the Empire Registry and fill out the required information.
This step is essential to claim your full Guardian membership and unlock all benefits and opportunities in the Empire of Solflare.

4. Stay Up to Date

Read all important updates in #important-announcements to learn about new features and plans.
Check #minor-announcements for smaller updates.
Follow #guardian-signal, where we post:
- New benefits and rewards.
- Perks and opportunities exclusive to Guardians.

5. Join Events and Learn

Follow #event-announcements for all upcoming events:
- The Round Table: Where we discuss community development and share plans.
- Solflare Workshops: Educational sessions covering Web3 topics.

6. Explore & Participate

#faq: Find some of the most asked questions from community.
#quests: Participate in Guardian-only activities to earn rewards, XP, Empire Points, and Ascension Tokens.
#voting: Vote on new ideas and give your feedback on what the Empire should do next.

7. Socialize & Share

#general: Hang out and talk about anything with fellow Guardians.
#empire-visuals: Share your own visuals and creative work. Check the brand kit and other shared assets.

8. Help Improve the Empire

9. Discover Ascension

Ascension is a special feature where Guardians can uplift others:
- If you have an Ascension Token (given by the team), you can grant the Guardian role to a public member.
- Tokens are rare and distributed by the Solflare team.
- Ask a moderator for more info on how to earn Ascension Tokens.
